HOW IT WORKS

Cryo Generation Workflow

Atmospheric air is compressed using an oil-free compressor and stored in a high-pressure buffer tank. The air then passes through a filtration system and an internal dryer to remove moisture and particles, achieving a dew point as low as -40°C. Next, the dried air enters the Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) module, where carbon molecular sieves separate oxygen and carbon dioxide. While one bed adsorbs, the other regenerates ensuring a continuous flow of high-purity nitrogen gas. This purified nitrogen is collected in a buffer tank and directed to the cryogenic storage system, where it is liquefied and stored using a cryocooler and integrated instrumentation.
