Air Intake & Compression

The system draws in atmospheric air and compresses it using a built-in oil-free compressor, creating a continuous and reliable air supply for liquid nitrogen generation.

Air Purification

Compressed air passes through advanced filtration and drying systems that remove moisture, carbon dioxide, and contaminants, protecting internal components and ensuring high-purity nitrogen production.

Nitrogen Separation

Using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, oxygen and other gases are separated from the compressed air, producing a continuous stream of high-purity nitrogen gas.

Cryogenic Liquefaction

The purified nitrogen enters the integrated cryogenic refrigeration system, where it is cooled to extremely low temperatures and converted into high-purity liquid nitrogen.

Automatic Storage
